Are you entitled to access all the facilities on Scils/Eils at no charge?

A number of Local Authority areas are covered by Geographic Subscriptions taken out by the Local Authority and/or Independent Sector Partnership which enables Local Authority staff and contracted/member Independent Care Providers within that particular area access to the Eils/Scils websites. Eligibility of access is determined by the subscribing Local Authority or Independent Sector Partnership.
