ObjectivesIndividual Learning Session: Recruitment Interviewing
At the end of this session you will:- have a good understanding of the key aspects of a recruitment interview
- have an awareness of selection techniques other than individual interviews.
- be able to review your own selection practice, and that of your service, to ensure that the selection is handled as effectively as possible.
