ObjectivesIndividual Learning Session: Working with situations and people with behaviours we find challenging
At the end of this session you will:- understand what types of people and situations you may find challenging
- understand why people behave in a challenging way
- have learnt some strategies and mechanisms for coping with people and situations you find challenging.
