ObjectivesIndividual Learning Session: Leaving Care Legislation
At the end of this session you will:- have a better understanding and awareness of the law relating to young people leaving care
- have developed an understanding of your own duties and responsibilities in relation to working with children in relation to preparing them before they leave the care system
- have a understanding about the 'rights' of young people leaving care and children within the care system
